Software and Digital Content License Agreement

BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, INITIATING A DOWNLOAD, OR USING OUR PRODUCTS, YOU ("THE LICENSEE") ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT PURCHASE, DOWNLOAD, OR USE THE PRODUCT, AND EXIT THIS WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

PsrStyles.com ("The Licensor") grants you, the original purchaser and end-user, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, and revocable license to use the purchased digital products (e.g., styles, expansion packs, MIDI files, sound sets, software, and associated content) for personal, non-commercial creative purposes. This license is granted solely for your use and does not constitute a transfer of title or ownership of the intellectual property.

2. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All products, materials, and content provided are the intellectual property of PsrStyles.com or its authorized suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in the products remain the exclusive property of PsrStyles.com. This agreement grants you only a right of use; no ownership rights are transferred.

3. PERMITTED USES

You are expressly permitted to:

• Use the products in your own musical productions, including records, remixes, commercials, jingles, commissioned works, film/TV/game soundtracks, and live performances.
• Publicly perform music created using the products in commercial venues (e.g., concerts, clubs, restaurants).
• Sell and distribute the original music you create that incorporates the products as an integral element.
• Upload music created with the products to platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and other streaming or social media services.
• Create demo videos, audio reviews, or tutorials that feature the products, provided you provide clear attribution to PsrStyles.com.
• Modify the products for your own personal use within your musical productions.

4. STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, duplicating, or uploading the products in their original or modified form to any website, forum, cloud storage, file-sharing service, social media group, or online portal.
• Redistributing, reselling, lending, renting, leasing, trading, or transferring the license to any other person or entity.
• Sharing the products with friends, colleagues, or any third party.
• Offering the products for sale on auction sites, marketplaces, or any other platform.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of any software or encrypted content.
• Using the products in a manner that enables third-party access or use (e.g., in a commercial studio for multiple clients requires a separate Multi-User License).

5. MULTI-USER / COMMERCIAL STUDIO LICENSE

If you operate a commercial studio, educational institution, or any entity where multiple end-users (e.g., clients, students) will have access to or use of the products, the standard personal license is insufficient. Unauthorized multi-user use constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

6. SECOND-HAND SALES & LICENSE TRANSFER

The license granted is non-transferable. The right to use the products is granted solely to the original purchaser. The sale, trade, or transfer of any product second-hand is strictly prohibited and is legally invalid. Any sounds or content from second-hand products cannot be used legally in productions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION & MONITORING

PsrStyles.com products contain unique, encrypted digital fingerprints and watermarks that identify the original purchaser. PsrStyles.com actively monitors the internet, including auction sites, forums, BBS, torrent networks, and cloud storage services, to identify and address piracy and unauthorized distribution. Any identified infringement will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law, including civil litigation and criminal prosecution where applicable.

8. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. PsrStyles.com shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use or inability to use the products.

9. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from PsrStyles.com if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the products and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the products in your possession.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PsrStyles.com operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
