Expansion Packs Delivery

When purchasing an expansion pack, we may request your "Instrument Info" file to provide a version optimized for your specific Yamaha arranger workstation keyboard model/series. For instance, an expansion pack for Genos may have a different structure than one for PSR-S970.

Important Notice for Tyros 4 & Tyros 5 Owners: If you own a Tyros 5 or Tyros 4 keyboard, please ensure you have installed a Flash Memory Expansion Module (FL512M or FL1024M) before purchasing any Expansion Packs from PsrStyles.com. These modules are mandatory for installing and using third-party expansion packs on your Tyros 4 or Tyros 5. Without a properly installed Flash Memory Expansion Module, you will be unable to load or use our expansion packs.

Please note: While the Flash Memory Expansion Module is required for Expansion Packs, your Tyros 4 or Tyros 5 can fully utilize all our other digital products – including Style Files, MIDI Songs, Multi Pads, Registrations, etc... – without any additional hardware requirements. These products are delivered as standard downloadable files compatible with your keyboard's built-in functions. If you have any questions about compatibility or installation, please contact our support team for assistance.

For most expansion packs, we can typically provide them in the following formats upon request:

  If you purchased a PPF format pack, you can use it on another Yamaha keyboard that supports expansion packs by converting the PPF file to PPI format using Yamaha Expansion Manager.
