The PsrStyles.com offers Digital Delivery option for almost all products, as Style Files, Voice, Expansion Packs, MIDI Files etc...
This means that you will receive the download link of your order to your registered email address. Make sure, that you registered correct email address to avoid delays of delivery.
You can also find your order and/or download link of your order in your order history list.
Usually the delivery takes from few minutes to few working hours depends of your ordered item type. For example, the small size files as Style Files, MIDI Files etc... will be delivered immediately or in during few minutes. The bigger size files like: Expansion Packs, Sound Packs, Samples, or other type of products will be delivered appox. from few minutes to few working hours.

Expansion Packs Delivery
When you purchase expansion pack, we may request your "Instrument info" file, to send optimized pack to your arranger workstation keyboard model/series. For example, the same expansion pack for genos can be have a differ structure than expansion pack for psr s-970.
So, if you want to receive optimized pack to your keyboard, you can upload the instrument info file in product description page, before you order the product. If you don't send us the "instrument info" file of your keyboard, we will send the standard download link of universal expansion pack file.
For almost expansion packs, usually we can send in following formats bellow by your request:
- PPF - (most expansion packs available in this format, but not all - more information you can read in product description page )
- PPI - (usually available for all expansion packs)
- CPF - (available for almost all packs except some - more information you can read in product description page)
- CPI - (usually available for all expansion packs, but some packs is not supports this format - more information you can read in product description page )

In order to protect our products from unauthorized actions, we decided to insert some limits for downloadable files. During 72 hours you can download the purchased file 3 (three) times for each order. After three downloads within 72 hours, the time and number of links will expire. If your download time and download quantity expired, you can request a new download link lifetime by contacting customer support Team. At the moment we offer only DIGITAL DOWNLOAD method, But maybe in the future we will consider to add Standard International Shipping option. If we add this option in future, you will see this option in this page.I changed my keyboard, can I use the same pack on my new keyboard ?
It depends what format of expansion pack you have purchased on psrstyles.com
If you have purchased the pack in format PPF, than YES, you can still use the pack on your another yamaha keyboard, Just make sure, that your another keyboard support expansion pack. All you need to do, it is convert the PPF file on your Yamaha Expansion Manager to PPI format and use it on your YAMAHA Keyboard.
If you have purchased CPF, CPI or PPI pack, thanyou may contact us and request a new pack for your new and/or another keyboard
